Bio:
Matt Condon, Ed.D. serves as Superintendent of Morton Grove School District 70, a high-performing, single-school district anchored by Park View School, which educates approximately 900 students in Morton Grove, Illinois. As Dr. Condon often says, it’s “a little school with a big heart.”
Before becoming superintendent, Dr. Condon spent five years as principal of Park View School, where he developed a deep understanding of the school’s culture, systems, and instructional priorities. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in supporting the school and district in becoming a recognized Model PLC District, grounded in collaboration, data-driven practices, and a commitment to student learning at high levels.
As superintendent, he continues to lead the district with a clear focus on academic excellence, equity, and community engagement—leveraging the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process to drive continuous improvement. Under his leadership, Morton Grove School District 70 remains a diverse, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where students and staff are encouraged to pursue excellence each and every day.
